Enhanced Rending Shots bugged

Enhanced Rending Shots from Delta Rep. does not activate/trigger when you fire, but it does trigger if you go full impulse, counts up and resets. If you fire it resets without critting.

You don't even have to enter battle to check the latter out, just fly around outside DS9 at full impulse and it will trigger. I flew the T6 Guardian when I checked this out, if ship <-> abil has something to do with this bug.

    It also happens on a T5-U oddy and the Pathfinder.
