So the Breen Consoles sais there will be a Breen Sarr Theln Carrier T-6!
When do we get some Information? Will we get an discount again like Risa Ones?

1. More Info probably 2-3 days before the Event ... but if the DEV Blogs keep their "quality", no useful Info at all -> Ship Details when you get the ship :P
2. I hope the Discount is still a thing ... considering the Nerfs lately & the fact that the Ship is going to be T6 -> I wouldn't go with 100%

I can't wait for that event to start. I have 1000 Q autographs saved from last year, so I'll be flying that ship day 1.

Considering it's turkey day tomorrow we aren't going to see it this week, I'm guessing next week is when we will see it and I don't remember exactly when it starts but I think it will start next week too...or the week after.
I ran it on three last year to get the Chel gret, Plesh Brek, and this years ship. So Ill join you for the Sarr Thein party day 1.
As for Discounts It unlocked on my Plesh Brek a month or two ago so the Discounts look like they are applying this year as well.
Calender says it starts Dec 4th.

Well that's good...I was kinda hoping I could grind out the Sarr Theln for one character and easily get the other two for the console set.
Or maybe grind out a few of them if the ship comes with a trait and it's a useful one...get one for each faction.
Time will only tell!
it would be wise to get the other two ships if only for the consoles on them as they obviously make up a 3 epic console set.
if you are intending to use all three ships and you don't want the bother of changing the consoles around any time you change ship you can click on the dilithium store icon on your mini map and can reclaim these consoles for free from one of the tabs and basically put the 3 part set on all 3 ships at the same time but I think you can only claim them if you have the corresponding ship so if you delete the ship and at some point loose the console it is unlikely you will be able to reclaim it again.
if its like the summer event you should be able to get a choice of all the breen ships from past events and providing you get 1 of each of the ships on at least 3 toons (i.e. 1st toon=ship1, 2nd toon=ship2, 3rd toon=ship3) then you can also get all of the 3 ships on all of you characters for only 1 event race per character x per ship.
and of course the first 2 tier5 ships get a free upgrade to T5U.
the only thing is if you want to keep all 3 ships you will need 3 empty ship slots for them.

I am really looking forward to the Breen carrier! I just hope the BO layout is decent as this would be the first T6 carrier we get and probably the only one for quite a while. I have enjoyed the Breen theme over the years. I just wish they would leave the winter map active all year on either Andoria or Rura Penthe.

actually once I have been playing the winter event for a whole month I have had just about enough of it as it is.
but I am all the more eager to get back there for its absence so I guess its just right for me as it is.
summer event much the same, I never visit risa between events.
having said that it would be cool if they bought out a mission in some pve qued team event where you utilise the jet packs from the summer event and maybe the snowball weapons from the winter event even if it was just for fun and a few marks of your choice.
the summer ships are usually fun based ships and not from any particular faction like the winter breen faction ships are, first was the risian corvette (racing car of the galaxy) and the second was the luxury cruiser (yatch of the galaxy) its anybodys guess what the next will be but it will definatly have a fun eliment about it.
now everyone knows the trick with the consoles they will be keeping their eyes on them to see if they reveal any secrets.

I was in the same position last year and being an old codger and not a quick on the keyboard as you youngsters I thought I would never get a win but I kept at it, learned where I could cut corners to save time and where I could run fast and how to slide into the tight bends and got there in the end.

This won't happen. They have used the autographed pictures of Q for two years now and if they suddenly changed it, they know it would cause a huge uproar for the players.

making it nearly impossible to get would be counter productive, how are you supposed to entice people to buy more t6 ships when the free demo ship you gave them can't even be obtained?
that and considering the recent number of events we got, this might be another way to boost the metrics. if they just gave another t5 ship, many people would probably completely ignore it (and the entire event) due to it being just another t5, not to mention a carrier that got severely nerfed a few weeks ago, making its only unique point, the pets completely useless.
making it t6 it makes sure many more people will be logging in daily out of greed, artificially boosting numbers, if only for a free ship and t6 trait you get from it.
We fight them too. Entire armies spilling out of Volkswagens.
We do our best to fight them off, but they keep sending them in.
So just quit.
You have to have common sense for that.
As I always say, Common Sense is not common. The intelligent thing to do when something no longer becomes fun is find something else. There is a word for people that continue to do some unnecessary activity that they consider to be painful.
what you say is quite true there is nothing stopping them changing the parameters of the event however I find it highly unlikely that they will make any substantial changes and they also know there may be some players who still have unfinished projects from last year waiting on more Q pics to complete.
funnily enough I have been enjoying the game more then ever, all my characters are just a few marks away from lv60, I have no beef with specializations as they will come gradually as I play the game, the story content is no better or worse then what I have come to expect from the game, I am gradually upgrading the gear I want to and have no problem with the upgrade requirements, I am not bothered with crafting as there is plenty of gear in game that is just as good or better then anything I can craft and finally I have been able to get a substantial amount of play from the pve ques and in most of it we were victorious.

The pictures have already been monetized... You can get Lobi bundles that have a chance of dropping pictures... Just like the pearls during the summer event.
This is the most likely scenario IMO. A good practice, give us 'slow adopters' a test drive and make us work for it a little to keep us in game. I would most likely play the race for a free T6. For a T5, I might log off find something else to do.

in fact I finished a project for the second ship on my rom last year with lobi q pic bundles because they did not have the alt shortcut for event ships at that time and I wanted to get both breen ships for him.
