    Why? Is there a Cryptic executive's hand in it again, I hate when that happens.

    I'm still wondering if it applies to those of us that refuse to use that crappy ARC program or not, I'm still using Steam and intend to keep doing so.

    Yeah I got an email about this, but no idea if I even have a "PWE wallet". If I do, it's news to me!

    Actually this isn't a heads-up they posted about this about a month ago, so it shouldn't be a shocker to those that regularly keep tabs of the dev tracker.

    Dev tracker yes - but I did only receive my first email about this yesterday, despite reading about others getting emails a while back.

    Maybe news to some?

    True, but I thought it was worth raising as not everyone does. I forgot about it myself as it's on a rarely checked e-mail account folder.

    I got it on alt account that didnt have anything in the wallet

    Pretty sure they just used at as an excuse to spam about the pathfinder to people who had put $$ into the game previously

    I just got this email too, Since I have zero zen in the wallet now and for the foreseeable future I really didn't pay much attention. I think it was an excuse to advertize the Intrepid more than anything else.
    If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.
    Oh Hell NO to ARC

    I don't use Arc and I didn't use Steam to get this game.

    The PWE wallet is currency that isn't tied to any game. Like for example you haven't transferred over 1000 zen to holodeck.

    If you have zen for STO, it's okay. If you just have zen floating around in the "wallet" waiting to be transferred to a game it'll still be okay, but it might be awhile before you can use it again once they start working on the ARC wallet.

    OK good - this doesn't concern me then. STO is the only Cryptic/PWE game I play.

    So Since I bought zen over 24 hours ago and it not showing up how can chek if it got transfered and where is this wallet you are talking about.

    Hi,

    Okay so if I only have ZEN in STO and no other game (disregarding any zen I could have accrued in other PWI games), that ZEN is NOT affected by this 'WALLET' from Arcgames and I need to do nothing as in transfer my ZEN to an Arcgames wallet to get access to it in STO now and in the future????????????

    I would appreciate a dev/moderator to get this sorted out for me/us that is what you are here for so noobs like us to complain to customer service every time the game accounts change hands to new game owners...as in Cryptic-PWI-now Arcgames to which I have no cluse what they are doing or why they even exist...is PWI broke or something?

    Hey everyone,

    If you do not have any ZEN in your Arc/PWE wallet, you don't have anything to worry about :)

    As the wallet system will be going away, you will not have to worry about doing anything in the future other then enjoying your ZEN in STO.

    Sorry for the confusion everyone!

    will we still be able to try to get free zen through peanut surveys that dont work?
