I purchased 1000 zen yesterday, $ left my bank account yesterday. $ was taken by steam yesterday and left steam instantly, taken by STO. My zen is still locked for the exchange under the probation period... everyone has told me that probation period can be anywhere from instantly to a couple of hours but nowhere near 24 hours.... I have screen shots of my bank account showing $ leaving, of steam showing $ entering steam account and then being taken by STO and finally of my zen still locked. Devs please fix or pm me to let me know whats going on....

SS of my bank account: http://prntscr.com/581b41
SS of my steam account: http://prntscr.com/581bkm
SS of my zen still locked: http://prntscr.com/581bw9

I have filed bug reports in game but for some reason they get deleted and no tickets are opened.........

And why is my thread moved into feed back section instead of game bugs section?

I'm in the same boat. I bought a couple hundred dollars worth of zen bought about 100 lockbox keys, when I got to my inventory they were all account bound. so I got stuck with everything. I sent in a support ticket showing that my Money left my bank account, and the guy that replied was a cocky a-hole. Well you should have known your account was going to be on probation. So I sent him back.

"wow, no wonder a lot of people are pissed off on the STO Facebook page, Arc just doesn't appreciate their paying customers.
I mean I spent $300 and get screwed because of it, that will be the last time I do any transactions through Arc, unless I get some sort of compensation for all the BS I have endured.

    Sincerely,

    A Disgruntled STO Fan"

I've spent hundreds prior to this BS transaction. never once was put on probation for it. now I get screwed over and most of my 31200 zen was wasted because of this.

They say that the probation period is to protect from fraud... I am not sure how it'll protect you from fraud. But icing your account will help them localize the fraudulent resources if you were to commit fraud.
Edit: By the way, I think the best you'll ever get from customer support is a "you should have paid more attention".

yeah, it protects them from fraud and screws a customer over that never had this happen before, with transactions equaling over $400. It's utter bull****.

There is a way to solve this issue...

    Don't buy Zen!

PWE/Cryptic need to understand that you don't treat customers this way!

    So just STOP BUYING ZEN!
