Long range Sci vessel refit floating phaser beam.

Had trouble explaining it in a ticket so here goes.

got the intrepid pack and my current toon is captain, but ive noticed that the rear phaser on my Bellerophon fires a few feet away from the actual rear of the ship.

ive included this image to better explain the problem.

    i found a related bug. if you seperated the aero shuttle some hitpoints are floating around the ship. This is vissible if you use the eps energy transfer.

    i also found another problem with the team abilities the circles around are ellipses
