Cannot find information about this:

What bonuses\powers has ground set (2-Item, 3-Item)?
What cooldown on secondary fire mode (Tactical Orbital Strike), and did commando spec. -25% cd affect it?

2 piece bonus is +5% runspeed and +170ish hp for me. 3 piece is an emp burst that disables drones, turrets, and generators. Not sure if it's on a target or centered on the player, I'll update when I find out in a couple weeks.

I'm testing the commando bonus to the orbital strike this week. I can tell you that it fires pretty regularly. Would recommend using fuse armor or something to stick targets though, it doesn't track moving targets.

Looks decent. What about screens of the gear itself?

    The rifle

    The shield

Sorry about the inconsistency in level and rarity.

The guys in my fleet were wondering if the Oribital Strike from the rifle was affected by the Engie Orbital Devastation trait.

And does anyone have a screenshot of the disruptor rifle's model? Normally its easy to get an idea of what it looks like from the rep screen, but the Disruptor rifle's pretty hard to make out.

It is not. It also has a long charge-up time, so holds like Fuse Armor help a lot. Or an otherwise stationary enemy.

E: Here's the description of the secondary fire modes from the power menu. Note the text copied & pasted from the Proton weapon. :effort:

Note also that the first secondary fire mode- the wide beam- is an exploit attack. If your target is exposed, it will switch to the orbital strike. If your target is not exposed, you can still exploit an exposed target within the wide beam's cone- which can do nearly as much damage as the orbital strike, without the long charge-up.

It's an interesting and fun weapon.

Interesting that the Delta Phaser/Disruptor Rifles' basic shots are Expose attacks. I thought I was seeing things wrong on that.

As for Delta Rep, it really has some very nifty traits, esp on Ground.

And one of my fleetmates are already calling the Delta Rep armor the "Miranda A$s Effect Suit" :D

I like the delta ground set, though, they could make the rifle's orbital strike a little faster, doesn't have to be much but a lil faster because theres not that many npcs and no players accommodating enough to just stand there waiting to get fried. As far as the set as a whole, the visual part, umm, I seen it in the foundry and doesn't it look too much like a Star Wars stormtrooper with a very slight hint of the Solanae look minus the helmet and gloves? The visual part of the set just seemed a lil too generic and thrown together in a hurry

Is this a good set for a tac captain?
Or stay with the MACO/Omega set?
