Elite max upgraded fleet warp core not getting extra power boost INVESTIGATING

My elite warp core is not giving the second 7.5% w>s energy boost from the final upgrade my power level remain at 76/40 for shields

I am in the narcin dreadnaught T5-U

    Please see this thread. Check back after today's patch to see if it is fixed.

    That thread doesn't help as it isn't the buff that is the issue it is the energy increase that is missing it is a permanent increase as should be getting [W->S]x2 but only getting [w->s]x1

    After today's update still not getting the power increase, my power lvl for shields is 76/40 (same as before i maxed out the warp core) but should be 85/40 when weapon power is at 125

    Ahh nuts, too bad. Must have been a different glitch.
