Perfect World Reward Pack unclaimable?

I posted another thread in the wrong place when I saw it would be better in this category.

Here is a cut-and-paste from that post of mine:

Just after the Delta Rising update I noticed something in the C-store under items called the perfect world reward pack, it was a free reward box to those who would link their account to arc or something. The catch is I only saw it available to claim when my inventory was full, so I made space in my inventory and then it disappeared from the C-store, made my inventory full again and there it appeared again under items.
I submitted a support ticket.... Haven't heard back.

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone else has seen this in the C-store? Anyone who has been able to claim it?

My ticket number is #2,808,050. Devs please help. I have screen shots....cant upload via in-game bug report system though.

    I have the same problem. Inventory full, there but syas I can't claim because my inventory is full. Open a slot for it, and BOOM it vanishes.

    Reward for linking account to ARC was Khan outfit (the one with mask and torn shirt), so please check if you already have those parts available in off-duty slots at the tailor.
    Also, it requires logging into each character to actually unlock for that character. What you saw could have been just a cstore refresh delay.

    This is correct. There needs to be an Inventory slot open as the system puts a "box" into the inventory and then automatically unpacks it to grant the costume unlock.

    He's not talking about that reward. It was a reward given out to those of us who had Cryptic accounts and merged them with a PWE account before it became mandatory to use a PWE account.

    The reason you can't claim it is likely because you already did and forgot about it. If the button on the bottom right is greyed out and says "purchased", then it's been claimed already. I have one on my store page too in the same state as I claimed it back when I got it.
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
