Non-functioning Kdf Costume Slots

I USE CAPITAL LETTERS TO SIGNIFY MY ANGER AT THIS ISSUE.

Since the Dyson Sphere came out 5 costume slots on 1 KDF character no longer function. I was forced to purchase additional costume slots which do function.
I have already filed a ticket on this issue. I am a lifetime subscriber for a long time, I deserve this fixed especially because you "FIXED" it already!. I have gotten no response to the tickets I have filed with this company yet I get a message board infraction for saying the old STF sucked and guess what they did.. you changed them.. Fix this issue.. NOW. I will not file another ticket.

Total Lie I will NEVER hear from anyone in tech support. My costume slots will still be broke when they close this bug ridden dysfunctional grind-fest... notice how empty your queues are lately? How many people playing anymore? Fix broken TRIBBLE not add new and exciting ways to grind your player base to boredom.

    Infraction me.. please I dare you... Submit a Bug report for a bug we fixed so we can tell you we can't fix it..... total useless response from Craptic..

    This is a reoccurring bug. It gets fixed, but then something breaks it again. Any fix or workaround only works until the next break, then we are back to square one.
    I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

    the solution to you're problem is quite simple in theory.

    you need to find a way to make extra experience to level up, from having the broken costume slots - then, they will fix them ... :)


    i guess having a game with new content and mechanics being changed all the time, causes constant issues like that.

    Maybe one day, they decide to make a big performance / bug fixing patch, one that actually addresses the bugs that ruin people's fun, like it happened in other games, and that will be the most awaited patch ever ... what ? you can dream, right !? :)

    You might as well be waiting for the Hards area of Defera Invasion to get reset buttons on the wall. :rolleyes:

    solutiion is simple - bombard them with ctrl c and v bug in game reported every week until they fix it.

    i have been dealing with this since Romulans came out for awhile it would let you make another one so now it looks like i have 12 slots when i should only have 6 but only 4 work the 2 extra i bought with real money have not worked since before dinosaurs walked the game world. im done trying to get a fix id be more than happy if they just refunded the zen spent on the slots so i can get something that does work.

    to me its a game exploit in favor of the game. as the unintended results gives them an unfair advantage over others (me). meaning they have my money for a digital product but have not provided the product. giving them an unfair advantage over me as they have my money and i have nothing.
