Devs: Fix the in-game zen purchasing through Steam!!!!!

I've been playing STO since before it was free to play and I purchase Zen several times a month, EVERY month via the STO website using PayPal or in-game via Steam and my credit card.

Since the launch of Delta Rising every time I purchase Zen while I'm in game via Steam I get an error message that says, "Due to recent purchase acitivity, your account is temporarily unable to sell Zen on the Exchange."

This is B%LL$#IT.

I've never had my access to the dilithium exchange suspended in all the years I've been playing ... but now that you are trying to force people to ARC we suddenly can't give you our money through Steam???

Stop it. Fix it. Fix it now.

Don't believe the lies in this forum. I am NOT an ARC user. I play STO on Steam or not at all.

    Unfortunately, they really could care less...sorry to say...you are right , they want everybody to switch to their system. Everybody that uses Steam for purchases goes through this now. I don't even use the exchange for zen to dil or dip to zen! Eventually, either the players that use Steam are going to have to switch(which isn't right) or Steam will just say the hell with it and shut down the porthole between them and PWE..

    Having this issue as well, I'm in an email discussion with a gm now, looking to get an explanation as to how I can be on a temporary suspension without violating the tos.
