items and abilities in personal tray keep resetting

I don't know if this is a bug but I've found that when I assign items and abilities to my personal trays 1, 2, 3 etc. every time I warp to a new location or finish a mission it keeps resetting and I have to keep changing it. How do I prevent this from happening? I've also found that my weapon batteries keep disappearing from one of my trays so I have to un-equip it and then re-equip it each time. Locking the tray doesn't work.

    Yes its a known bug, yes they claimed to have fixed, yes they made it worse. Yes its been reported, no it will never be fixed as its a long time bug that they claim to of fixed at lest 20 times since I started playing in Feb 2012

    I never noticed this until the Delta Rising update, its really annoying!
