Space abilities disappearing

This bug occurs only with romulan character for me. Every time I'm in space combat or space travel, all my space skills disappeared and I have to refill it all the time, is really annoying. I tried to lock the skill but they disappear anyway. Please help :confused::confused:

    Looks like space tray abilities will be resolved with 11/13 patch.

    I am not sure if I have the same problem or similar.
    I have a science BOFF, he is the Reman one. I slotted him in a Lt Uni slot and yet he is no longer usable. He has been promoted, his skills are all filled in, and I have used him prior to Delta Rising. Yesterday, when I went back to my carrier, I noticed this problem.

    Every time I beam down to a map and then back to my ship or sometimes just change maps I have tray powers, consoles, weapons, well basically everything you can add to a ship including duty officers missing, this problem has been going on for quite a while, STO WHY DONT YOU FIX THIS!!!! I am so tired of re doing all of this all the time im ready to cancel my membership and find another game, yes im angry and yes i have tried to save my loadouts, which don't save by the way, you you guys just keep adding content to this game which is great by the way, but this problem of many more has been around so long it should be important enough for you to pay a little more attn to... Im a science character make the use of 5 trays of powers, this can get a tad annoying to have to set those trays up every time I switch maps, omg someone please here my cry, everyone I am in voice chat with has the same problem and a couple of them has found another game to play because they cant deal with the problems in this game...

    AND TO ADD-- My Klingon Character still after 2 yrs cannot have anymore than one outfit at a time, what is this about, 2 yrs i have had this problem, just disapointed and discouraged....
