Can't Switch my Bridge

I'm running an Andorian Kumari and I can't seem to customize my bridge. When I try the only option is the generic Andorian bridge, which is especially odd since last time I was able to switch the layout it wasn't said Andorian bridge but one I bought from the C-Store, all of which are now unavailable.

    You can't customize ships with unique bridges. According to Cryptic, this is working as intended.

    Are you sure, it didn't work that way when I first bought the ship?

    Absolutely sure. I also have the Andorian ships. Never been able to pick a different bridge for them, and that was the very first thing I tried. I also have purchased a few bridge packs. Perhaps you might have seen a situation where you could pick a different bridge but it seems that Cryptic was quick to "fix" that. Unfortunately.
