need help desprately

Hello, as the post states i need help desperately.

Ok, i have had a new computer woot me its a badass thing, ok here's the problem, STO launcher reverts back to the very first launcher (yes been here from day one) and now i am having a load of trouble connecting to the server, i have connected to the server twice today, and noticed i have lost my intel escort ship, however i can connect via my old PC..you figure that out please i have mirror ships and people to blow up plz ok thx i have made a ticket...and i have not heard back from you...please help me fix this or at least have the common decentcy to reply to my ticket/post

    I would try uninstalling and reinstalling.

    Also, are you using the pre-Arc client? I am pretty sure Arc is mandatory now.

    Well i have installed ARC, its just done a 10gig download, and the launcher still hasnt updated...what am i doing wrong..
