Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help, whilst I have been emailed in game with the inventory item, the "Take Item" button is greyed out and double clicking on it/dragging it doesn't do anything.

Any ideas as to why I can't access it? (I tried logging out and back in)

    Are you trying to retrieve it while at a mail terminal?

    No, is that the problem? I'm doing by the mail icon on the top right near the inventory and map buttons.

    I would guess you will have to retrieve it while at a mail terminal somewhere like other attachments. at ESD, Qo'nos, etc.
