unable to beam out of starfleet academy

As the title states, I am unable to leave. The beamout button in the upper right corner is greyed out, and the button normally in the lower right hand corner is not appearing. I am also not the only one stuck, as I've witnessed a few messages in local chat of others unable to leave.

I have tried both changing instances and restarting the client, and neither have worked.

    What I have been finding is the Low Priority Interaction window is missing, making the ability to leave S.A. impossible, other than trans warping to a feature episode. This is only happening with my Romulan Character. My Fed was there earlier, had no problem

    Though it does show up in the Alt + F12 arragement mode.

    Having this problem with my Romulan Character as well. Stuck in the academy. :(

    I see a message saying "Unable to equip some items from the Loadout." right at login.

    If you pick a mission to replay, you can hit the "transwarp" button to that mission location, and escape. but something is definitely messed up.

    Yeah same on my Rom. The button in the bottom-right to beam out isn't there.

    Yes i use this, sometimes i get stuck on esd/academy, on romulan command i use the exit to new romulus.

    my rom is also stuck, I have tried running the pve mirror mission, visiting my bridge, logging the character out and in again, and even quit the game overnight but im still stuck there.
    with the above solution that's fine but I go to Starfleet academy every day what if this happens every time also most times you have to pay ec to use the mission transwarp so it could end up costing me dearly.
    the missions "the helix" or "crossroads at crateris" give a free transwarp so I will use that, that's ok as a temporary fix but its not ideal.

    its as I suspected the above fix works but next time you go to Starfleet academy you are stuck again so we will have to use the above transwarp fix until they fix this.

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    I'm stuck with my vulcan T_T... I cant beam anywhere... I just started playing and was finishing my tutorial mission...
