Liberated Borg Intel Officer - Zen to modify outfit or appearance

  That because the officer is using Seven of Nine's glove which is part of Seven's outfit from the C-store so if you want to keep it after altering her outfit you have to buy the outfit if you have not done so.

  not sure you are trying change in a cstore or uniform or just a normal uniform. if it cstore yea have to buy it. but normal i say it old rommie uniform bug again
