Transport Warhead + wide angle torpedo

Using transport warhead reduces the "wide angle quantum torpedo"'s firing angle to 90 degrees from the usual 180.

    I just purchased a intel bridge officer (3 different races with Torpedo : Transport Warhead I. When I received them, that ability was replaced with :

    Energy Weapons Surgical Strikes I
    Boarding Party II
    Extend Shields II

    I want my dilithium back since I paid 204 for each.... and I never got what I purchased ... :(

    OR just give me what I saw being advertised please.

    You know you can easy get those retrained from the BOFF trainer. None of those require training from a player or a Rare/Very Rare BOFF. The only truly special Intel Skill that you can't find at the BOFF Trainer is EMP III.
