Item bonuses not applying,

Hello there,
I'd like to provide evidence for a few issues that I have found with various items equipped on my ship. I would like to note, these issues are fairly recent, and I hadn't upgraded anything when I noticed these issues. I have seen the bonuses in effect at one point or another (prior to the upgrade system).
1: The Amp bonus from my Elite Fleet Singularity core is not showing up on the buff tray. And the Battery capacitor ability provided by this core is unclickable.
2: The resistance visual effect and buff icon/s from my Elite Fleet Adaptive shield array are not taking effect.
3: The Critical chance from my Zero Point Energy Conduit is not applying correctly. The other bonuses from this console are however unaffected.

The issue isn't tied to just my Scimitar, after equipping the same items onto my Faeht Intel Warbird, I noticed the exact same set of issues.
I have similar setups on my other characters, but all is working as it should. This is bizarre and extremely annoying. Some sort of acknowledgment would be appreciated.
