Bio-Neural Gel Pack Power Boost

I get a power boost on Engines and Shields only with the Bio-Neural Gel Pack. The power boost is worded the same as the Zero Point Energy Conduit that correctly gives power to all subsystems. So it is either a glitch or it should say +2 Warp Core Efficiency?

I only get +1 on all systems instead of +2 as stated with the Gel Packs (and I have powers above 75, so it's not Warp Core Efficiency). On the other hand the ZeroPoint console always has given me +2 although it only says +1.8. So the Gel Pack definetely is bugged someway, because it definetely doesn't work like it says. Already filed a bug report.

Really I need to look at my ZPC again. My reads +1.8, where are you seeing +2?

It rounds up to the next full number usually, counting all decimals however of other bonuses and then racking them up. So, a +2.5 is showing as a +3 in space, butt the system counts the decimals and I think even the hectimals (2.75 for example).

I have tested it separately, in different variations and loadouts. The Zero Point console always gives me +2 (stats say +1.8), but the Gel Pack always only gives me +1 (stats say +2)

You're probably seeing accumulative results. The game only shows whole numbers visually.
You'd have to tally all your Warp Core skill levels and specialization levels to figure out the "change" (as in decimals) then remove all your gear and put on the consoles in question. (Tho Gel could be bugged, the other shouldn't give more than 1.8 or 1.9 upgraded)
