i think that there is a problem with this console:
this console gives :
+ 2 power to all subsystems
console: zero point energy conduit:
+ 1,8 power to all subsystems
on one of my ship:
- without consoles:
shield power : 68
- with console bio-neural gel pack
shield power : 69
- with console zero point energy conduit:
shield power : 70
how 1.8 gives more power than 2?
+ i'm not sure that the "+7% reduction cooldown on bridges officers blabla " works

Also in regards to the above poster, i had noticed that most boff powers were reduced by about 2 seconds with the 7% power reduction thing.
