I miss Q

He appeared 3 times on voyager least they could do is get him in a mission right. They make more money right now then the president does... No I'm joking but the least they could do is getting a few missions with John da Lancie, Fighting the Iconians because they use subspace like the Q does....

What do you think ??

    Q comes back in the Winter Event with the 3rd Breen Ship
    18 Cpt on the way to 60: 14 of them are already 50 or over 50, one is 60 and 3 almost 43

    For whatever reason, Cryptic decided to go with Q Jr. and not Q. It might be due to John da Lancie not wanting to be part of STO or his cost is too high.

    May be partly due to a pastel coloured equestrian based show...

    And I honestly see nothing wrong with Q Jr being the Q for STO, he was raised by his father, who, despite all claims to the contrary, was fascinated in some manner with humanity (and their allies), and thus has a similar outlook and appreciation. Even if he still ends up using his father's court robes. I'd prefer him not acting as high and mighty, and instead just wear a captain or admiral's uniform.

    I believe you dislike Q but I find him with Picard they are the best actors in Trek.

    I wondered about that, if they would add an actual Q episode to STO, unless i like epicly missed something :(

    The point you're missing is that even if there's more Q in the game, you won't be getting the actor but just a clown NPC sitting in an oversized chair. Plus, the Q in STO is Q Jr. from VOY (the original Q's son) so you can forget about getting the actual actor - John De Lancie to do anything related to STO.

    And Q is around for the winter event + the anniversaries + random XP boost weekends which makes him present for around 3.5-4 months out of 12 per year - which is more than enough for a single character.

    What nobody realizes is that from the moment you become Captain Taggart's first officer, you're stepping into a dream world concocted by Q himself. The whole game is just another test. How else do you explain going from Cadet to Vice Admiral in less than a year? And all these ridiculous enemies? Q is trolling you.

    When the game is all over and the Iconians are defeated once and for all, Q will show up, tell you that you passed with flying colors and you'll be right back at the Academy helping poor T'Vrell with her homework...

    It'd explain a lot for sure.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    Yes, but we (or at least I) want him in a mission. (Or maybe more than one.)
