Tier 2 ability Rock and Roll does not work on the Faeht Warbird

As the title states the new ability Rock and Roll does not work on the Romulan Faeht Warbird. The effect of the ship rolling does not occur upon activation, however the speed boost and sound effect does. Tried using Rock and Roll in orbit of New Romulus, ESD, and DS9. Anyone else having this problem, any tips would be appreciated.

    This is a problem just not on that ship but on many ships I've noticed it a lot on Federation ships on Klingon ships on a lot of Romulan ships while you ship does not spin it still applies a buff therefore seeing as how it works but you ship simply does not spin I'm pretty sure this is when their low priority list so don't expect to fix anytime soon
