Lobi Giveaway Bugged?

I was in-game when this event started.
I went to ESD as son as I found out it had started, talked to Grym, and he just says "Sorry, [Rank], I don't have anything for you right now."
Someone told me I had to beam up to my ship, and I'd get the "mission".
I beamed up, and received no such mission.
I have tried this on ALL 26 of my toons.

Other things I have tried:
* Turned off On Demand Patching - Received no patch.

* Left to Sirius Sector Block, and attempted to re-enter the Sol System map - I was booted during each map transfer, and still never received the "mission".

* I logged in again after force verifying files - Still no change.

I have tried everything I can think of, but I cannot claim this 20 Lobi.
People keep telling me need to get the mission first, but I cannot seem to get the mission either.
Am I missing something or is this event bugged?
"Join Date: Jun 2012" Says Cryptic's "new" forum system. I've been here since a week before launch, but SOME stuff just didn't carry over through multiple system changes/updates. :rolleyes:

    admin, I know you said lobi giveaway is once per account. the problem is I cannot collect the free 20 lobi with my federation engineer. the free lobi mission complete only appears on my kdf character (same account). can you please make is available to all characters? :(

    Try loggin in with the char you first logged in today, did the trick for me yesterday. Today I was able to claim it on any other char as well.

    Do you have an account bank? If so, simply claim it on your kdf and transfer to any char you want it on.

    I have been switching between ALL 26 of my toons from the past 4+ years...none of them could get this "mission".

    However, after switching between them for 4 hours, one of them was finally able to claim it...my Dilithium Miner RP toon...go figure.

    Could a Moderator please close this thread as the issue seems to have been resolved?

    I don't have a account bank. sorry. too expensive for me to buy one.
    and also I was on my kdf in middle of mission when the clock refreshed 12am lobi mission completed on my character which I doesn't want it to be at this character... :(

    Try putting it into your fleet bank...that works for me on some Account Bound items.
    It just won't let anyone else remove them...on SOME Account Bound items...I have never tried it with Lobi as I just found out a week ago that it's Account Bound, now.
    I've been too busy whittling HP, and grinding Dilithium >.<

    nope, doesn't work..damn... hope crytic fix this fast before I missed a day :(

    I found a post on the forums suggesting that, after logging in on all 11 characters doing doff missions and using dil mining claims, only to find my last toon couldn't get the lobi. I logged back in on the very first character I logged into the game with that day and sure enough he had the mission. I went to ESD and got my lobi.

    I want it claimable in my fed toon. not my kdf toon. now I'm missing 20 lobi coz its stuck with in kdf toon.

    Thankfully, I got my lobi crystals without any problems...and then got myself a black kitten...'cos we don't have dogs yet.
