    It does not match up.

    It does match up as a bug because they mucked about with the spec tree.

    I heard something about grabbing a free respec fixes that problem.

    You heard wrong. That was a fix for the *previous* TRIBBLE-up. This one is far more egregious.

    The free respec some toons got because their skills were invalid again. After using the respec you could invest whatever specialization points you may have. It doesn't give you back any lost points.
