major spec point loss.

fleetie just logged in to find that all his used spec points, 28 points, have been removed and he has 10 points to spend. the heck??? :confused:

    Lost like eight or nine specialization points myself out of 23 or so, and I had not exactly been power-leveling at Tau Dewa either.
