Cant train my BOFFs

My romulan KDF character cant train her bridge officers using the romulan trainer in the romulan command center on new romulas. She also cant train them herself, but when i go to the kdf homeworld, i can use the skill trainer there.

    There's another thread over here on the same issue. Devs appear to be aware, whether that ends up helping us or not. Fingers crossed!
