Vaadwaur ships ignoring control abilities

They're slowed slightly but keep flying instead of being held like everything else when they get hit with Gravwell or Tractor Beams. They will outrun destructible projectiles like Plasma Torpedoes even while tagged by 3 Cloaking Tractor Mines.

It's so blatant at some points that I've seen the heavy artillery ships still flying away from me even when tagged by 3 Tractor Mines and a Gravwell 3 at the same time.

How to reproduce:

1. Fight Vaadwaur in space
2. Use Gravity Well and/or Cloaking Tractor Mines
3. Observe them continue flying when tagged with one or sometimes even both of those control effects without using any ability that increases speed or mitigates control effects like EPtE or Polarize Hull.

    It's not just them. Seems NPCs aren't as controlled by GW and reversed TBR as before. The one thing that does put them in place are grav torpedoes.

    Yeah, the Vaadwaur gimmick seems to be how fast they move? It makes shooting them next to impossible given I use plasma torpedoes :/

    dunno if it's intentional or not.
