Rank insignia not showing on new Intel uniforms

Rank insignia isn't showing properly it seems to be stuck behind the lapel of the jacket.

Might I suggest it is moved to the collar which would solve the problem.

    Also can add an issue with coloring the boots. Only the first color channel changes second one seems locked on default color third and forth can be changed but don't look any different from defaults.
