No free ship token upon promotion.

I have not leveled up a klingon since well before the f2p launch but back then I recall getting a ship token on promotion to major general. today one of my newer characters on the klingon side hit that mark and did not recieve the token. Is that standard now after the f2p launh? I do have a lifetime sub so that should not be an issue, I have ship slots. I did have a captain ship token but I dont know if thats what I was granted or if it was leftover from two promotions ago. Submitted a ticket but when I go to view my tickets it doesnt even show up.

you get a free lv50 ship token after 600 days as a veteran award.
You have to go to earth spacedock and talk to Admiral Quinn. He'll give you a ship token that you then take to the shipyard.

Most of the ships, except for a couple of C-store variants, have multiple parts and skins. IIRC, the Ushaan and Saber are "one and the same" under this system.
To change the look of what the shipyard assigned you, you need to visit the "ship costume tailor", one of which is available at ESD, top segment of the main spacedock (where you bought the ship in the first place), right side (with the door behind you) by the giant ship hologram. There's another along the wall of K7 in the shipyard (with mail/exchange/bank terminal, look for the tailor icon). You normally get one free redesign of your ship with the purchase, but changing the bridge still costs ECs...

I think I have the same problem. Upon reaching level 10 I was granted a new ship token. I went to the lady responsible for providing vessels - Lt Laurel, and tried ordering a Ushaan class. Despite clicking buy it would not work. I tried clicking various things, looking at other ships etc. At some point I noticed my ship token had vanished and I had never received purchase notification. I checked in case I'd somehow purchased the ship without realising it and the ship been stored elsewhere but no I only have the starter frigate credited to my Captain. Problem is I now have bridge officers waiting for services rendered and I cannot do the mission because since my token vanished, I cannot get a ship with room to assign them. As a new player I also can't get 15,000 dilithium to buy a new ship. I don't really see how I can continue much further with this character unless that glitch is fixed. I'll try a Romulan Empire character and see if that runs into the same glitch. Elsewhere I read that support issues should expect a 1 month wait then a query closed, nothing to see here response. I seriously hope that's not true!

Quick note. A player above said it should be possible to reach level 10 in a couple of hours. Maybe I'm just a bad player but it's taken well over a day's play for me to reach this point. I'd prefer not retracing my steps that much!
Federation character, admiral quinn mission for promotion is "closed", what should i do now? farming some dilithium until i can buy my "free" ship?

umm, something went wrong in the first, but now, i recieved the ship, and i found that, in my OVERFLOW bag, i can't imagine, what happend, but i got my free ship, i'm just didn't check everywhere, so, sorry for the post, i will be more suspicious about this kind of "bug" thx for the patient
