You can change Potato Man's uniform!

Thank you Cryptic! We are allowed to change the Potato Man boff's uniform! That's awesome - I've always wanted to put my alien boffs into Starfleet uniform - but never had the option - UNTIL NOW!!!! :D:cool:

That really made my night, Cryptic.

You get a very rare Hierarchy science/intelligence officer in one mission as a reward, and you can change his appearance.

A mission rewards a Hierarchy bridge officer. Unlike the Jem'Hadar, Voth, etc., boffs however, you get to change this one's uniform!!!! :D:D

Here's hoping that this feature gets extended to other special reward / reputation store BOffs as well.

Ah, thanks. Didn't know they included new races as Boffs next to the Talaxians.

Edit: oh my god, I just googled for a picture.

It seems his request to requisition faction-specific uniforms was finally reviewed and approved by the Home Office, and in record time, too!

Hmm, really? Hold on <taps something on a card, and then sticks it in a reader, lights rotate around and then it stops> The Hierarchy approves.

This is great. In retrospective - this should be enabled for all "special" Boffs that can't wear our proper uniforms yet. I would personally buy and use much more of them if they could, as it is I don't since I don't want my crew in non-Starfleet uniforms.

Is there a way to edit the his head and still keep the Hierarchy uniform. Once I hit modify his uniform changes automatically and I cant find the Hierarchy option in the tailor.

I'm having the same problem with modification. Luckily, I didn't save my changes so the original Hierarchy uniform is still in place.
I hope they'll fix it and retroactively enable editing for the past special Boff. Especially the Reman from the feature episode. I have him as a reward in my Rom character but it says the Reman Boff is starfleet and I can't edit anything about him. I can't even give him a Republic uniform.

He's a starfleet spy, but like all potato men/hierarchy he's not half as sneaky as he thinks he is.

My God, you can make this fella's gut HUGE.

I mean like Pillsbandy Doughboy huge.

And you put the Federation belt buckle on him, and it's like a half meter across!

I don't really have a use for potato head; would be nice if I could give him to someone who could use him.

Editing potato man seems to be glitched, when you try to edit him, several of his clothing pieces will disappear, and cannot be located anywhere...which is a problem, to say the least.

While I'm overjoyed at getting potato man as a bridge officer, I'm a little disappointed that it's yet another Boff that comes in one profession, with a limit of one per character.

Also, He's Federation/KDF I think, you can't put him in a uniform if you want. Would it kill Cryptic to make a Republic version of him?
