Kobali Adventure Zone "still bugged"

been trying to do that mission called “Defense at the Gates” and I am unable to complete it today's patch says

"Resolved an issue where the open mission “Defense at the Gates” could occasionally be blocked from completing."

but it's not fixed still bugged :(

    Yep, the patch completely broke it for everyone.

    The bridge is still a sticking point. Unable to interact with the Kobali officer on the bridge, with the yellow down-arrow.

    I now have 2/3 injured soldiers pre-completed (I did not do this), and unable again to find a third.

    Players are helping out by pointing out active instances, but these too are 'unfinishable'

    Same here. Every instance (I've been to 15 so far) is the same. Either 1/3 or 2/3 wounded soldiers recovered, can't talk to anyone on the bridge. Nothing. Great patch.

    A possibility which occurs to me: the non-interactable Kobali with the interaction arrows on their heads must be the "wounded" ones we're supposed to recover...

    But the ones I've seen all had full health bars - reduced shields in some cases, but full health.

    It seems possible that the Vaadwaur have attacked, and players have finished them off before they could actually damage the Kobali - so they are waiting to become wounded before we can rush in to recover them, only they will never be wounded because all the Vaadwaur who might wound them are dead....

    The only way to test this, I suspect, would be to find a working instance, and hold off from engaging the Vaadwaur until all three Kobali have got comprehensively shot up. Of course, the problem there would be finding a working instance in the first place....

    Yah, the bridge thing is still glitched, can't progress any further.

    It was broke before the patch. The only reason some zones worked for a while was that they were reset.

    out of frustration and random actions, i found a way to get this to work (repeatedly)

    some soldiers now have an arrow above their head but are unclickable otherwise.

    as a sci, i just healed them (as in rage-activating all my skills on them at first)
    then it suddenly popped and respawned a wounded soldier after a few sec.

    on a hunch, their internal timer is stuck and whatever buff you can cast on them somehow restarts it. or somesuch. at least it is a workaround for now. helped a few peeps this way already.

    sci skills used without further testing:
    adrenalin hypo
    vascular regenerator
    nanite health monitor

    i cast all 3 of those on a bugged soldier and shortly after he respawns as a wounded, allowing (MUCH NEEDED) quest resolvement and progression.

    i suspect that shield recharge and other single target buffs would to the same coming from other professions.

    I had a few inprogress missions from all around STO. I was playing the Delta rising episode chain and got to Kobali prime and I played all the content available for lv 53. So I was doing some found missions and I was completing one that I started and now came back to.
    <<Infiltrating the Infiltrators>> SO when it completed a bunch of messages flew by my screen so fast i didn;t know what happened. Now my Toon has no missions at all!

    Abybody have something like that happen?

    Well the Last Stand open mission is still bugged from Tribble.
