Captain Felczer of the USS Avenger isn't commanding an Avenger class ship

When you run into Captain Felczer in the REDACTED system, he's said to be Captain of the USS Avenger, but the ship is not an Avenger class ship.

Reproduction steps:
1. Log into a character
2. Run a patrol in the REDACTED system
3. Find that Captain Felczer is not captaining an Avenger Class Ship
4. Wonder if Captain Felczer is crazy or an Undine that doesn't know his stuff
5. ????
6. PROFIT! :D

    It's probably in Drydock getting a T5U upgrade; but as Captain Felczer is no longer part of the starship dev team at ESD - he didn't realize he needed 700 Zen worth of Dilithium Ore to get his Avenger out of hock -- so he had to pull something else out of mothballs in the meantime -- so not a bug, WAI...:D;):cool:

    I played this mission earlier, just before the shard went down. When I played it he said he was captain of the USS Avenger but the wording over the ship identified it as the USS Felczer. I meant to take a screen shot but I was distracted by the Vaadwaur and ended up forgetting.

    The imposter is far too clever for those Starfleet simpletons to find him. This is a task which only someone with the right kind of training can accomplish.
