Exchange bug or??

where to find Starship Upgrade requisition on exchange? When i put one to sell i can't see it on the exchange only on all and mine is not there. Ty

    I am having the same issue, I have been trying to sell a couple of them too for the last few hours. I have tried to sell them on three different characters, but whenever I refresh the Buy window, they do not show up--and I don't think anyone else is seeing them because I suspect they would have been bought, as I posted them quite a bit cheaper than what was there already.

    Crafting catalysts are also a pain to sell. Same problem.
