Doff Loadout Not Working

Every Time i switch maps my assigned Doff to space all get removed. I tried to save the loadout before hand and load them back that way, but it says not all the officers can be assigned back into the tray even though they are all available to do so. I have done this several times of loading them back to no avail.

Having the same bug here. Saved loadout several times and yet space duty officers (always just space ones, never ground) get un-slotted pretty much every time I switch zone.
