Phantom Tailor issues

When using Phantom Beta Hull, only Type 1 Windows are avaible. Using standard Phantom Hull makes Type 1 to 5 + Intel + Fleet windows avaible, despite not being the Fleet version.

    Ive had issues as well im unable to access the type 2 look it charges 3k zen
    ...itd better be a glitch
