  Those suffering from the crash-to-desktop are experiencing the first major bug.
  
  However I will award you with the first non-graphic or lag related bug.

  We have noticed a Login Server crash and are working on a fix now.
  
  For anything else, if you get the Cryptic Error tracker, please post to the Bug forum with the Error Tracker number and I can make sure the appropriate people are aware of it.

  I think the frustration is that it was pointed out 6 weeks ago.
  
  Hope you get the icons fixed too as well. That would be disorienting.

  I am on my laptop My graphics settings are on high my graphics card but everything was fine until the update

  If you're on a laptop you probably have an intel graphics chip or something.
  
  Usually those details are in your computer status stuff, but if not, you can download a program like https://www.piriform.com/speccy which will tell you all your computer hardware details, including what your gfx card/chip is.

  Because this doesn't happen on every computer. The most likely culprit is the graphics card.

  They hate Intel HD cards as well. At least there is no driver crashing this time.
  shadowkosh- open your start menu..assumeing you have win 7. In win 8 you have to search for it. Type in DXDiag and run the program that pops up. It will give you all your graphics card info that you need. Or you can look it up in the control panel under Device Manager.

  I have the exact same problem as shadowkosh. All my icons r smaller and my parts of the HUD are warped. I have been playing STO for years now on the sane computer and never had any problems like this. Plz fix this problem or i cannot continue to play STO and enjoy the new content . This problem occured after the new content was installed and i have tried different settings and even re-installing the game. Nothing seems to work.

  Actually you can just press print screen and it should create a screenshot. You may have to paste it into MS paint. But I think STO has system to do that with just a key-press rather than using that chat command. I don't think this makes the game unplayable, just annoying.
