any one excited about next week

I'm sure am it feels like christmas has come early :D I probably will suffer a lot of server lag during the week but I'm just looking forward to open up my delta pack and start flying around in these tier 6 starships I've also brought some extra bridge officer slots for my intelligence bridge officers along with extra duty officer slots too.

Don't think I will ever where those Nelix uniforms I don't know they where added to the pack they look ugly to where. But will have some of my bridge officers where the intelligence uniforms ^^

    Yes, very much. I'm hoping for certain upgrade bugs to be fixed. It feels like a major change to the game and I'm looking forward to figuring it out.

    Nope...next week, maybe even two weeks will be complete FUBAR's.

    I will be happy the week after the second patch that claims to fix the launch bugs though.

    I am VERY happy I will be working on Launch day. Cant wait to read the forums at works.

    got my sci toon's gear to mk13 the only thing I can't seem to upgrade is the The origanal series phaser rifle hope they will fix that next week would love to get it up to mk14:D

    I have to work Mon-Wed this week, so I won't have an entire afternoon till Thursday to really sink my teeth into it.

    But yeah, I'm kinda excited and looking forward to it.

    I'll probably fiddle with it Tuesday & Wednesday nights when I get home from work for an hour or two before going to bed. (I work 3pm to 11pm)

    Thursday afternoon is when I'm really planning to devote several hours to figuring things out.

    Hopefully, They will have the major opening-day kinks worked out by then.

    I'll be back at home from work in the after noon but the server will be shut down for the update when i get back :o

    Ofcourse! :D

    It will be a relief to actually get into it, all the build up had me working on preparations for my chars, gear and resources to be set for DR in the past few weeks. Look forward to actually just playing the game again and experiencing the strange new worlds. :)

    From what I have played on tribble its really good, didn't play everything an some missions weren't put on tribble so lots to play yet!. Honestly tho... i cant wait till the winter event ( thats when I know my year is coming to a fun end! ). Good luck everyone with delta rising ( just wait till you see the twist in the story... didn't see it coming ).

    Really looking forward to the new story stuff, and the battlezone looks awesome as well.

    Extremely excited. And more-so as a kdf. Cryptic gives me a big expansion and doesn't want my money whatsoever since there is nothing to buy for the kdf.
    I have never heard of this in my entire life.
    Should I start posting again after all this time?

    I already have one day off next week. I know the servers will be a complete mess for at least a week.

    if this was the first week I had played here, sure I be fully excited like a kid at xmas, now I am of course curious and want to see the new stuff but of course it will down and take down everything take care.

    I am looking forward to DR.

    A side effect of the raise in level cap, ship mastery and captain specialisation is more incentive to focus on a smaller number of toons.

    My first and main toon maxed everything out some time ago, it's going to be fun having something to do with him again.

    I'm quite sure we'll face technical issues, although it has to be remembered they've avoided too much server downtime the last few season releases.

    However, with so many new subsystems going live, issues have to be expected.

    I'm quite sure the Cryptic bug fix team have plenty of overtime authorised.

    The battle zone is what I'm looking forward too particularly. That blog they put out about the creation of the city fascinated me. I can't wait to see it.

    I'm ready for it. Just like 2 days away too! My Fed is ready to set course into the Delta Rising to see what new awaits. My KDF is not too far behind, just needs to finish the Dyson Rep. My Romulan will take a little longer. She is still in the Romulan Rep. Since I'm role playing each one. They all have to do the story mode.

    I might try to get on for a few mins before work after it goes live. To at least get most of the down load done. However it will be the weekend before I can really play it. Even then I might wait another week. To allow the bugs to be fixed. All depends on how and what time I have to play when the weekend comes.

    Not excited at all because the whinging took all the fun out of it before it even had a chance to launch.

    Excited, sure. Bit cautious about some aspects but excited. I'll wait a few days before I really dive into the game as it'll be manic and at the very least, the servers will be pushed to their limits.

    I will say the new adventure zone is fun ( just be prepared as the vaadwaur are tough in numbers ), I know its a little thing but, just listen to the new music ( from sector space to the adventure zone its really good, sounds more trek in a big movie kinda way ).

    I am all set to venture forth into unknown territory! While I feel bad for not doing anything with the Nukara rep, my Fed and KDF characters are suited up and ready to charge into battle. A shame I couldn't do more with my KDF since my fleet is a little on the stunted side.

    Yes! Very excited! WoW 6.0.2 pre-patch comes out on 10/14!

    As I made the error in testing on Tribble I am less excited then I would normally be. But at the very least I do not feel obligated to rush right in on the 14th and battle all the server issues and bugs just to try the new stuff. :)

    And since I will not be buying an T6 ships until the Delta Pack his the C-Store - and if LoR is any indication that will be around 6 weeks - I have no huge need to rush right in and get to level 60.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    I should be excited. There's going to be new stuff to test/figure out/delve into/etc/etc/etc. Heck, there's still going to be the meta changes coming as time goes by - there's still the possibility of the skill revamp and what that will mean for things - there's all sorts of stuff coming over the next year or so. I should be excited.

    I just can't quite put my finger on why I'm not though. :(

    edit1: Though if I were likely to try, it would be just how alt-unfriendly the game is becoming.

    edit2: Which is probably tied into the other issue bugging me, in that I'm still not quite sure what I'm going to be doing with the guy I've got left. With 9-10 alts, meh - I could have 3-4 Sci all doing different things - and if I felt like doing something different, I simply played a different guy - if I wanted to do some Eng or Tac, I had 3-4 of those guys as well. Had all sorts of options...and with Delta Rising, well - that's all going away.

    edit3: Which probably takes it back to the beginning, all the stuff that I would have otherwise been excited about doing - just isn't something you get from playing a single toon. So yeah...meh.

    I'm certainly looking forward to it!

    I kinda doubt I'll get in on the 14th, but sometime that week for sure.

    It can be good to wait until after that first patch Thursday hits after launch, though.

    I like playing STO with my two oldest sons. Unfortunately one of those is still recovering from a broken leg and not really up to sitting up to play that long. So, DR will still be there if I do end up waiting a bit.

    All the Borg Elite PVE grinding daily queues and testing on all Officers takes it toll. Plus just finished running around at the dyson ground zone getting chase by BIO-DIO T-Rex with attitude problem! Can't wait for new missions and new universe to explore! Thanks STO... :)

    Am I the only one not excited about DR? To me, it's just pretty "meh." Not much to get excited about in my opinion, but if gear grinding is what everyone's into these days, more power to you...

    I was really excited for it at first but...I guess I just ran out of hype steam? I don't know, I'm not even half as excited for it as I was 2 weeks ago. Can't explain it. /shrug
