Can't redeem Section 31 uniform :(

I won the Section 31 uniform yesterday in the intelligence reports contest. The ARC key was redeemed fine, and it is still listed in my 'Code Redemption History' list, but the in-game C-Store continues to show a zen value for the item. :confused:

Any ideas? :)

BTW, is this an account-wide unlock or a character unlock?

    Yeah, I checked but it's not there. :( I can only find it on the 'Appearance' tab, but it shows the regular price.

    I'm having the same issue. The key successfully redeemed, it shows under my key list in Arc, but the S31 uniform still has a price of 550 zen.

    I also have two instance of TWoK and Mirror Universe uniforms in my C-Store appearance tab. Maybe somehow mine got bugged?

    Previous section 31 codes were account-wide and the store showed the normal section 31 uniform with price in zen and another section 31 uniform to be claimed (think it said promo next to the name).
    I'm afraid I didn't watch this weeks show so can't tell you if the uniform code they gave out this time was also account-wide but if you have claimed it on one toon and now can't that would answer the question.

    Me neither. (My code wasn't from the twitch show, but from the intelligence report contest advertised on facebook.)

    Mine was also from the Facebook intelligence report contest; still no in-game mail regarding it and still unclaimable from the store...I've been in touch with Arc Support regarding it(they even replied over the weekend!), and it seems to be being looked at...no eta, though....

    Having the same issue. Redeemed it all fine on ARC, but ingame, it still is listed for 550 Zen, even though it should be unlocked and claimable from C-store..

    Got the same problem, sended in a ticket to ARC customer service. Once the ticket got answered, I had to PROOF that I had the code, posted 2 screenshots even with it, but to this moment, no reply on my last message. I find it rather offensive that they give out a redeem code and YOU as player have to proof that you actually have it, where they can easily see who has what attached to their account. Kinda the easy and lazy way out if you ask me. I really hope it will get solved soon. Not happy at all! :mad:

    I sent proof with my initial Ticket to them, and they confirmed I indeed redeemed the code(it's in their own records); their initial suggestion of force verifying all my files gave no results....

    Had the same problem.

    Didn't appear in either the store, or in the tailor.

    ARC displayed that the redeem was successful.

    Here's what I did.

    Rebooted my computer (yeah, this should have had no effect).

    Loaded ARC (yeah, this should have had no effect).

    Started the game through ARC (yeah, this should have had no effect).

    When to the Z-Store, claimed the Uniform under ITEMS

    Not sure why, but this worked ;)

    Just received a new message from the:

    "Please send us a screenshot of the Section 31 uniform from the C-Store window. Make sure to include the price and description of the uniform on the screenshot."

    In other words, they still do not believe me <.<
    Oh well, never was easy for me in the first place (custumer services from any game), so why would this be any different... I guess Ill be doing just that what they asked and hope for the best. :(

    Redeemed Successfully...but...no Uniform/uniform Pieces.

    Did a ticket...back and forth, starting with the sorry limited 300 thing - my sharing the above information...resulting in being told they couldn't do anything and to post to the forums. I sent Smirk a PM @ 8:17 PM.

    That was all back on Oct 3rd.

    Figure if 5 days later, they're still telling you that they do not believe you...at least they're still talking with you about it.

    Still talking? Hmm... 2 messages so far and feeling like they send me from one side to the other without getting any further. Did send the info they wanted and ill see what happens. Also added all the packs that I got from the z-store purchased with real money, to show I am not trying to pull one over them. Don't intent to loose my account and all purchased things on it.

    Hrmm, the second message was the one they told me to go away - that there are certain things that they cannot help with, yadda - yadda - yadda.

    Me: Cannot claim - info from forums.
    Them: Sorry, 300 limited!
    Me: No, look - see? Showing timeline of info from forums.
    Them: Sorry, we can't help. Go post on the forums.

    It was a trip too, giving me a link to the forums when the first and second messages from me stated what had been going back and forth on the forums. Like hello? Anybody home? /facepalm

    In that case, they will likely do the same with me. But it will just proof me not to buy anything else ever again from them. Not intend them to cheat me out of something that was clearly mention as 'unlocked' and them not actually giving it. It proofs just that their actions are not so customer friendly. Also a shame to see something this great getting a dark cloud over it just because the creators refuse to help out with the problems they cause :P

    Heh, yeah - I did a what the Hell, why not and tried that...didn't do anything different than anything else I'd tried previously.

    Lol, it's a costume unlock - that may or may not have been promotional and thus not an account unlock...it's a buck or two, eh?

    The CS experience was the typical CS failgasm, but in the end - it is what it is...which will be different things for different folks.

    But I'll keep muddling on through the game just as I was before this incident otherwise.

    edit: Mind you, I do appear to be a bit moody of late on the forums since this happened...hrmmm.

    Got a new reply, from what I consider it to be a real promotional give away, think this may help out everyone with this problem:

    "Thank you for all the information you provided. We are currently investigating reports of players not being able to claim the Section 31 uniform even after successfully redeeming the code from the community event. Please rest assured that we are working on a fix as soon as possible.

    With that said, we highly recommend regularly visiting the forums for announcements and further updates with this matter."

    In other words, we need to be a little more patient and hope it will get resolved soon.

    Yeah, that's a response I got from Trendy yesterday too, that they're looking into the issue. Hoping they'll resolve it soon.

    Yeah, that's a response I got from Trendy yesterday too, that they're looking into the issue. Hoping they'll resolve it soon.

    To be honest, I don't think much of it. Lots of companies that say something similar tend to forget about it and give you the finger instead. I just hope it won't happen in this case.

    I will join you all. I also redeemed, did not get.

    Definitely not under the items tab.

    Knowing I'm not the only one... helps?

    We should get something else for this. It's definitely not cool of them.
