Yet another upgraded item bug report

So it's nice that apparently fleet shields were fixed with this patch. My fleet shield had the [ResB] stripped when I tried to upgrade it.
Unfortunately, my fleet shield now reads Elite Fleet Adaptive Personal Shield Mk XII [Adapt] [Capx2] [ResA]. What happened to my [ResB]?
I've certainly not made a mistake here, I've never purchased a [ResA] shield on any of my characters. As the item has not been restored, I could just get another as I can certainly afford to do so, however I don't want it to mysteriously turn into an unwanted [ResA] too.
Obviously this is just one minor issue in a deeply flawed crafting system and I imagine it will remain ignored, but it would be nice to have the choice to restore my item to it's correct settings, instead of something random and unwanted. I'm sure other less wealthy players would prefer a refund on it's costs.
Fortunately I have the space for it to linger in my bank indefinitely, perhaps as a tribute to this frequently unrewarding dilithium sink, but not all players are as fortunate as I, some may have already tossed their broken fleet shields at a vendor, or worse, recycled it for a mere 40% of it's ec value.
