So I asked support to cancel and refund my champions sub. They did it once before when I was 1 day late forgetting to cancel my sub. This is not about that.
That was 9/25, so 13 days ago. No refund has appeared either, but the worst part..
I lost my EC cap increase so I went to investigate today, and I can see my lifetime sub was also cancelled.
This is right around when I pre-ordered the Delta pack as well.

From the screenshot it looks like thier CO sub has been cancelled, and thier STO sub made inactive.
A lifetime sub would never be inactive, as it is essentially 'forever'.
Ouch... I'd say that is a mistake on their part and you're entitled to having your LTS on STO restored for free.

Yes its strange, a lifetime sub would never have 'gamecard' in its heading.
It's what I see when I got to "my subscriptions" on the ARC page.
It's a relic from the old days. Maybe new accounts are on a different system?
honestly, the game card thing could just be an error that was related to the error involving the Champions error. Could be, but that's between him and PWE. If he really did get dicked, I feel bad for him, because that sounds like it would take something as strong as legal action to get resolved given this company's greed and customer service.
It says game code because I used a code on my acc before lifetime sub...it's irrelevant. I'm not going to post my Paypal receipt here...but this clearly shows it's in my unlocks

I've suggested it before on a number of forums for certain games that provide services like STO. You'd be surprised at just how fast issues can be resolved.
