Support cancelled a sub, deleted my lifetime...thanks PWE

So I asked support to cancel and refund my champions sub. They did it once before when I was 1 day late forgetting to cancel my sub. This is not about that.

That was 9/25, so 13 days ago. No refund has appeared either, but the worst part..

I lost my EC cap increase so I went to investigate today, and I can see my lifetime sub was also cancelled.

This is right around when I pre-ordered the Delta pack as well.

    Um... you're not making any sense. Are you talking about a Champions Online sub and having your STO sub affected as well or what?

    Ouch! Best of luck getting this all resolved. PWE is definitely not known for having anything remotely close to excellent customer service. :P

    I don't see a lifetime sub in that pic you linked. What I do see is a gold sub, paid monthly with a game card, that has not been paid, and is inactive until a valid game card is applied to it.

    From the screenshot it looks like thier CO sub has been cancelled, and thier STO sub made inactive.

    A lifetime sub would never be inactive, as it is essentially 'forever'.

    Ouch... I'd say that is a mistake on their part and you're entitled to having your LTS on STO restored for free.

    Yes its strange, a lifetime sub would never have 'gamecard' in its heading.

    It's what I see when I got to "my subscriptions" on the ARC page.
    It's a relic from the old days. Maybe new accounts are on a different system?

    honestly, the game card thing could just be an error that was related to the error involving the Champions error. Could be, but that's between him and PWE. If he really did get dicked, I feel bad for him, because that sounds like it would take something as strong as legal action to get resolved given this company's greed and customer service.

    It says game code because I used a code on my acc before lifetime sub...it's irrelevant. I'm not going to post my Paypal receipt here...but this clearly shows it's in my unlocks

    If you live in Europe and they cannot or refuse to resolve your issue in a timely manner you can file a complaint under economic fraud with the EU commission.

    I've suggested it before on a number of forums for certain games that provide services like STO. You'd be surprised at just how fast issues can be resolved.

    We're only hearing one side of the story. The OP could be telling us the god's honest truth, or he could be lying thru his teeth. The only thing we know for certain is that we don't know the whole story, and never will.

    Which is why, sooner or later, a mod tends to step in, and tells him that the forum is not the appropriate venue for his complaint, as we, as posters, can't verify or falsify anything.

    And this right here, despite the irrational Cryptic Hate to the contrary, is a prime example that Cryptic are not the big bad boogeyman many claim them to be...

    And I'm pretty sure I got my monthly Zen early due to it being restarted..
    So that might be a bonus, I'm not sure. At least I took down my 100m of items off the exchange before anything sold, or I'd be fuming.
