Outfit Box Missing

Hello!
I purchased the Wells Uniform Pack a while back, and it did not appear in my inventory. After writing a bug report here and sending one in the client, there was a change however.
Now, when I go into my tailor it does say that I have an additional outfit, to which I did not use or see. But when I check in the uniform, there isn't in-fact anything new there. Anyhow, to clear things up a little I'll give you what I did in precise steps and give links to print screens below;
Steps:
1. Purchased Wells Temporal Outfit Box from the Lobi Store.
2. The outfit box was not present in my inventory after purchase, immediately reported bug on the
forums and via client.
3. Several days later I checked my tailor, and saw that "1 Additional Outfits" had appeared at the bottom left of the tailor window.
4. Checked the uniform section to find no new uniform or outfit of any kind.
5. Posted here to see what steps I should now take to retrieve it!

"Additional Outfits" at the bottom of the tailor window when at the costume slot screen is the number of costume slots you haven't created yet. This means you can create 1 new costume slot. It doesn't mean you have acquired a new costume you can use.
If you bought the outfit box from the lobi store and never received it you'll have to contact customer support to see if they can track down what happened to it. Don't expect much from them though.

Also customer service told me the 'log a bug report' story and that they deal with gameplay issues only

something about the Wells Uniform may not have a template and going into the advanced uniform options
