MACO Commando Bugged

Over the past week I have finished getting the Mark 12 MACO set and the Mark 12 Adapted MACO set. I have also completed the optionals for all elite STFs now. But for some reason, my MACO Commando accolade is still listed as In Progress. All three pieces of gear are checked off, as is the first entry in the list ("Collect Mark XII M.A.C.O. Set"), but the accolade has not completed. I have run the set pieces through Commander Roxy on DS9 multiple times, but the accolade is still listed as in-progress. I'd really like to get the unlocks for costumes 3 and 4 for MACO and Omega, but I can't do that with this accolade stuck as in-progress.

    As an additional note, even though the accolade for the Mark 12 Maco set is still 'in progress,' I was able to start and complete the project to get the Mark 12 costume without a problem. So I've got no idea what's going on here.

    I'm running into the same issue with M.A.C.O. Commando and Omega Force Operative. I have all the items, finished all the optionals on normal and elite. Ran the items through Commander Roxy... Both show everything checked off, yet they don't work.

    Looking at the listed accolades, you do not have the elite optionals done!
