Holo-Leeta and RMC not claimable

Hello there!
I am not sure whether i'm posting in right section, so it i'm wrong i kindly ask moderators to move this thread to corresponding section of forum.
As the title says, I am unable to claim Holo-Leeta and red matter capacitor from the C-store.

hey should be under Items tab, but there is nothing there.

I would have been incredibly annoyed if they were something I had paid for but least they were only free gifts.
Go to startrekonline.com (this forum's homepage). Log in. Go to your name at the top right, go to "My Account".
Choose "Manage Subscriptions" and log into cryptic's webpage when prompted.
Then at the top of the box go to "Main Menu" instead. Take a look at your unused keys, your activated keys, and see if those keys are showing up. Try re-entering them under "add key" -- though if they're expired short-term keys you may not be able to.
There is probably a much shorter, direct, link to get here, but I wasn't sure how much of the old web system you remembered, and how familiar you were with it. I tried to give you steps from this page to that one. Forgive me if it came off the wrong way.
Only 22-digit keys can be entered.
And only info that is shown is for my silver subscriber status.
they killed the codes after the broadcast... if you dont see em listed under items then you didnt get them.
load up arc and in the redeem codes tab, you can click and see all codes you have redeemed for your account... if you dont see them listed then you didnt enter them for your account during the valid time.

All codes have been redeemed properly.
yup i have this but it said to check my in game mail to receive my item but no in game mail has been issued.
I do not need another rare Entertainment Doff on any of my toons. If it was very rare Entertainment Doff, then that's a different story...
My Redeemed List doesn't show that I got the DOff and when I put my code in, it never told me it was valid.
But I did get Leeta.
