TR-116 and Soldier and Omega Weapon Proficiency traits

The TR-116 Rifle is gaining damage and crit severity from the Soldier trait and damage from the Omega Weapon Proficiency reputation trait, both traits state that they buff Energy Weapon damage, and the TR-116 is Kinetic.

    Uh so you are aware that quite technically those buffs do apply since "kinetic damage" is caused by the kinetic energy being transferred from the moving object (a bullet, rolled up newspaper or whatever you are using) to the target (Me for instance). So if you want to be totally literal it still counts...


    Sorry PWE but I beat you to it now you have to find a solution and not point that out! :P
