new "Beta" arc launcher dosent seem to be workin on my end double click on it and nothing happens

    anyone have an idea how to fix this problem tryed reinstalling 6 times and still dosent respond

    I don't use Arc so this is just a guess, but have you checked into whether you have firewall software which is blocking its Internet access?

    I have done the same, deleted and reinstalled several times allowed it through the fireawall and antivirus and it has been unresponsive for the last 2-3 months. It just loads and sits there fat dumb and happy, totally unresponsive. Is there a glitch in the arc loader?
