Yea... for me, it started with me trying to get into a PvE and none of them would come up - just waiting on server. I tried changing maps and just a server not responding > 1000 seconds. Closed the client and tried to connect - failed.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Same issue here; initially disconnected at around 1100 PDT, unable to access character list since then. Typically unsurprising issue, with the current R&D event having just started and the upgrade 'headstart' going live. Even better planning, dropping this right before a weekend.
We're not likely to see a fix til Monday, but I did shoot a message at their Twitter feed. Not holding my breath, however.

Devs will never reply to a mistake they make; only to point out to the player base, what mistakes we make....some how, in some way, the Devs will say it's not them, and that the player base needs to fix our internet providers....happens all the time.
If this is a server issue it's not the Dev's fault. Cryptic and it's staff are in Los Gatos, California, just outside of San Jose. Meanwhile, the server farm they use is in Boston, Massachusetts.
Everywhere I look, people are screaming about how bad Cryptic is.
What's my position?
That people should know what they're screaming about!
