missing beams and lot of other things

beams missing advanced fleet antiproton mk xii beam
insted of my beam payed with dill and fleet credits
i got junk on my ship
some blue disruptor beam
there is a LOT more errors you have made today
like constant crashing of game to some players
missing duty officers from roster
missing gear from bank
missing zen and dill from exchange
it is not on exchange and it is not on account
so where is it
you f*** up big this time and it is time to solve this
i want my stuff back
and please be carefull next time
i dont wont to come back again and find out that my entire char is deleted or something like that

    my list :

    - crash, when i have upgraded a disruptor 360 beam
    - server connection problems, unable to do a stf
    - window where you can choose your captain, very slow and bugged
    - launcher, very slow, it takes time before "engage"
    - nukara shield MK XII updgraded to MK XIII but with the same stats

    My item was gone, logged back in ten minutes later it was back, must have been lag with everyone running round.

    my stuff is still missing
    will i ever get my stuff back
    or i will have to spend again my dill and fleet credits until next time

    why cryptic intecionaly ignore some of its users
    and ignoring their threads in bug reports section
    why cryptic is taking favoritism to some threats that made some members
    and ignoring everything else
    that is not fair at all that is disgusting way of treating your customers
    i have seen in a lot of post from other players
    that this guy
    crypticfrost
    Cryptic Studios Team
    have posted so why is he ignoring our post and only reads some post
    or you only resolving issues that gold members report
    we want the same treatment for all players
    not just some of them
    this is not good way to do buisness
    first you give us broken stuff and TRIBBLE up system on live server
    than you ignoring your customers
    why is that :confused:
