Omega Plasma torp loses mod after upgradeing

It had 2% bonus crit chance, now it is removed after upgrade.

    Spending tons of dilithium on item actually WORSE then basic item is weird and TRIBBLE.

    Yes, it seems this is a known issue and they are working on fixing it --how is still the mystery
